| I am looking for a cheap single flat/single studio (no room shares, no flat shares) in London, no matter which Borough, the destination should be close to a tube station; 25 - 30 square metres are enough. It will be nice, if a separate bath room with a tub is offered. Moreover, a washing machine is needed. Part furnished, furnished is possible. Long term renting preferred.
The total amount of costs per month (including council tax, electricity (central heating, gas)) should not exceed the treshold of £ 450,00 - £ 500,00, but might be essentially below that.
